Binge eating is an unhealthy habit.
When you binge on food, you lose willpower and motivation.
You’ll also become more irritable and depressed.

Stop bingeing.
You can still quit by following a healthier, less restrictive diet.

Do not skip meals.
Donate your time and money to other causes, like shelters or animal shelters.
If it’s a big, stressful meal, don’t skip it. 5.
Make time for socializing.
Go out, socialize, talk to new people.
Talk about your life and what you’re feeling.
